Generate:Biomedicines seeks a senior leader to direct late-stage Immunology & Inflammation programs and guide comprehensive development strategies through regulatory submissions. reporting to the CMO, this role will recruit and grow a high-performing team of physicians and scientists, ensuring scientific excellence and robust safety oversight.

Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD or PhD with 10+ years in biopharma drug development.
• Proven track record leading pivotal global trials and regulatory interactions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for late-stage I&I programs and medical leadership.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of physicians and scientists.
• Collaborate with Safety, Regulatory, Biometrics, Translational Sciences, and CROs to deliver on development plans.
