Job summary

IDEX is hiring a VP, Strategic Communications to align enterprise strategy with stakeholder narratives across employees, customers, investors and the board. You will lead corporate communications, executive messaging, and investor communications while guiding crisis management and reputation strategy.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years in transformational communications with C-suite advisory experience; manufacturing familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive communications leadership experience.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and managing corporate reputation.
• Background in manufacturing or a similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise communications strategy aligned with growth plans and portfolio priorities.
• Lead internal communications to align employees with strategy and priorities.
• Oversee external communications, investor relations, crisis response and reputation management.
• Apply analytics and technology to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing communications team and manage partners.
