Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Proven track record developing and executing growth strategies delivering above-market performance.
• Strong portfolio strategy, market assessment, and business case development skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills linking market insights to outcomes.
• Experience building strategy capabilities, processes, teams, or governance models.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed a Fire & Safety platform strategy and growth initiatives.
• Partner with BU leaders to align priorities, resources, and execution plans.
• Lead portfolio assessments to identify growth opportunities and adjacencies.
• Identify high-value organic growth opportunities across regions and product platforms.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, channels, and differentiated value propositions.
• Strengthen innovation strategy by linking product vitality to market needs.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and value tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Build market intelligence capabilities for Fire & Safety including market size and trends.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve analytics, choices, and execution.
