Job summary

The role requires owning the company narrative across investors, regulators, media, and employees, and building an integrated communications function with crisis planning, proactive media strategy, and executive communications at the center of growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive communications leadership, including VP-level experience.
• Demonstrated crisis communications leadership in safety-critical or high-scrutiny environments.
• Experience supporting major corporate milestones such as fundraising or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own the company narrative across investors, regulators, media, and employees.
• Serve as senior company spokesperson and build relationships with top-tier media.
• Direct proactive media strategy tied to milestones and partnerships.
• Lead communications planning and execution for high-visibility moments.
• Build crisis communications framework and counsel the CEO and exec team.
• Manage executive visibility programs and internal communications for a fast-growing workforce.
• Oversee brand, digital, and content strategy across owned channels.
• Build and scale a communications team across locations and manage agencies.
