Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a Senior Vice President, Issues + Crisis to lead and expand our practice across North America.

You will guide senior leaders at Fortune 500 firms and nonprofits through complex reputation and risk challenges, shaping strategy and delivering integrated crisis communication solutions. You will drive innovation in our offerings, collaborate across legal, government relations, investor relations, and HR, and help accelerate growth by building strong executive

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in strategic communications, issues management, crisis communications, or public affairs, with agency experience preferred.
Strong track record advising CEOs, boards, and C-suite executives during high-stakes challenges.
Experience guiding organizations through complex issues including regulatory, legal, workforce, geopolitical, and reputational risks.
Fluent understanding of AI impacts on information environment and stakeholder perception.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Issues + Crisis practice, defining strategy and expanding capabilities.
Serve as senior counselor to leaders at Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofits.
Oversee crisis management programs across cybersecurity, litigation, regulatory investigations, and other scenarios.
Develop crisis preparedness plans, playbooks, and executive communications frameworks.
Drive new business and expand client partnerships through senior executive relationships.
