We. Communications seeks a Vice President, Issues + Crisis to guide high-stakes advisory work for Fortune 500s and major nonprofits.

You will lead issues management, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement, shaping strategies, playbooks and executive messaging in complex public affairs situations. You will collaborate with legal, government relations, investor relations and HR, mentor teams, and help evolve offerings while building client trust and protecting reputations across diverse

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in strategic communications, issues management, crisis communications or public affairs.
• Experience counseling senior executives through complex reputation challenges.
• Proven ability to lead issues management and crisis communications strategies across scenarios.
• Strong understanding of AI, social media and digital influence on reputation.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across legal, government relations and HR.
