• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to use data and insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of the media landscape, including video, digital, outdoor, audio, and local media channels.

• Develop and execute the annual commercial partnerships strategy with senior leadership.
