• Act as senior finance partner to the SBU leadership team and be the first point of contact for all finance-related questions
• Ensure robust, efficient and accurate financial processes including analyzing and presenting monthly financial results incl. gap analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and financial transparency
• Own and coordinate annual planning and investment processes
• Identify leading and lagging indicators for business performance
• Propose gap closing measures in collaboration with business teams
• Drive performance accountability across the organization
