Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy and performance for North America, including the United States and Canada. Based at the Medina, OH headquarters, this onsite role reports to the CEO and partners with the senior leadership team to drive profitable growth and disciplined capital allocation.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, tax coordination, and financial controls, while mentoring the NA finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial leadership for North America; partner with CEO and leadership to set and execute financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis across US/Canada.
• Mentor and develop the North American Finance team; foster collaboration.
