Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of deploying, operationalizing, and managing AI/ML models in a large-scale enterprise.
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Experience with A/B experimentation and production-quality code.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
• Proven experience building and deploying multi-agent systems and production-grade integrations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate end-to-end model development lifecycle from planning to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems and orchestration layers.
• Maintain drift monitoring and model retraining for accuracy and performance.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI/agentic systems and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into workflows and drive efficiency.
• Build and deploy AI/data-driven apps using cloud, data mesh, and knowledge bases.
• Integrate analytics models into operational workflows and communicate findings to leadership.
