JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Head of Card Customer Analytics & AI Enablement to lead a team of analytics leaders, data scientists, and analysts responsible for delivering AI and analytics solutions across the Card portfolio. You will set strategic direction and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include driving AI/analytics strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, mentoring teams, and advancing organizational capability through talent development and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with 10+ years analytics experience.
• Senior leadership experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
• Strong technical foundation in AI/ML and experience moving solutions to production.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI patterns.
• Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI and analytics strategy for Card D&A, identifying high-value opportunities for generative AI and advanced analytics.
• Stay current on AI/ML techniques and evaluate tools/vendors for practical use.
• Partner with Data, Product, Technology, Risk, and Finance to deliver AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
• Lead analytics supporting customer experience, benefits, product design, portfolio performance, pricing and targeting.
• Drive experiments, measurement frameworks, and personalization strategies.
• Build and lead competitive intelligence capabilities using external data and benchmarks.
• Deliver analyses informing strategic planning and roadmaps.
• Translate business problems into analytics and translate model outputs into executive recommendations.
• Define analytical priorities with senior stakeholders and drive data-informed decisions.
