You will lead end-to-end model development, embed AI in workflows, design data-driven applications, and ensure robust monitoring and retraining.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, analytics or related field.
• Proven track record deploying and operationalizing AI/ML models at scale.
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms and scalable data pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end model development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Embed AI into workflows, driving efficiency and change.
• Design and deploy AI/data-driven apps using cloud and knowledge base tech.
• Integrate analytics models into operational processes and monitor performance.
• Contribute to research and pilot projects on GenAI and agentic tech.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership.
