Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a visionary executive to lead Store Operations Support, connecting the Customer Support Center with U.S. Store Operations.

As a member of the Store Ops leadership, you will translate enterprise commitments into field strategies and improve sales, profitability, and customer experience across 4,000+ stores. You will drive governance for initiatives, partner across functions, and build a high-performing team of directors and senior managers in a hybrid Raleigh-based

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in large-scale retail operations.
• Experience translating enterprise commitments into field strategies.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for store performance, including comp sales, SG&A, productivity, and operating income.
• Translate priorities into executable field strategies for district, regional, and stores.
• Develop and lead the Store Operations Support strategy, governance, and priorities.
• Simplify store routines and establish scalable standards to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Govern field-impacting initiatives, pilots, tests, and scaling decisions.
• Collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, Pro, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, and Asset Protection.
• Establish scorecards, measure performance, and guide investments with data.
• Ensure timely, relevant communication between CS Center and field leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing organization of directors and senior managers.
