Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in stakeholder management, government relations, or policy related to financial services.
• Thought leadership and subject matter expertise on issues affecting firm reputation and business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and manage multiple viewpoints.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Creative, flexible, and results oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Office tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of influential third-party stakeholders including national policy organizations, think tanks, and chambers of commerce.
• Work cross-functionally to develop strategies aligned with firm priorities and address external issues.
• Partner with Government Relations and Policy teams to inform, educate, and advance policy priorities.
• Represent the firm at external events and convenings to foster relationships and advance objectives.
• Activate thought leadership through stakeholder events, sponsorships, and forums.
• Design, organize, and host forums that promote dialogue between senior executives and partners.
• Manage an annual grant portfolio aligned with strategic focus areas and stakeholder strategy.
• Conduct analysis to inform decisions on strategy and investments; align with annual planning.
