Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Treasury/Finance experience including planning and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a controlled finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity frameworks (LCR, NSFR) and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planning and analysis teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Identify opportunities to streamline end-to-end planning and analysis processes.
• Standardize data definitions and reporting to improve quality and governance.
• Design automation for forecasting, budgeting, and analytics for balance sheet topics.
• Translate governance requirements into clearly scoped deliverables.
• Lead delivery of the transformation roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery andBAU.
• Oversee UAT, validation, and issue resolution prior to production sign-off.
• Governance of delivery through forums with risk and auditability.
