Mondrian Alpha seeks an experienced Vice President of Accounts Payable to lead and grow our global AP function in New York. This hands-on leadership role manages a small team and oversees high-volume, complex AP processes across multiple entities, including invoice processing, expense allocations, vendor management, payments, and month-end close.

A key focus is process improvement and automation as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Accounts Payable experience in financial services.
• Experience managing high-volume AP with complex allocations across entities.
• Strong vendor management, expense reporting, corporate cards, and month-end close.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP processes across multiple entities.
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP.
• Lead and develop a small AP team.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders.
