Qualifications

• Investment banking experience within the financial institutions industry, with an understanding of valuation and financial modeling.
• Strong ability to lead execution of our transactions across M&A, private capital raising and forward flow funding arrangements.
• Experience contributing to client coverage, business development, and marketing activities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, as well as manage and train junior team members.
