Macquarie Capital is seeking an experienced Manager (Assistant Vice President) in Principal Finance Operations in New York. You will support a large investing business from pre‑acquisition to divestment across private credit, private equity and real estate, handling data, approvals and loan administration with LoanIQ governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in financial services within middle office or operations.
• Proficient in reviewing, interpreting and opining on credit agreements and other legal documentation.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders (deal team, legal, credit, finance, IT, etc).
• Experience working with large and complex data sets, with strong Excel and presentation skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business, economics or accounting.

• End‑to‑end transaction management for a portfolio of investments and operational analysis of proposed transactions.
• Advise and coordinate approvals across internal and external stakeholders, transaction closing and ongoing administration.
• Ownership of data in loan management and approval of loan administration in LoanIQ and other systems.
• Staff engagement, development and day‑to‑day management.
