Qualifications

• Investment banking experience within financial institutions, with valuation and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to lead execution of transactions across M&A, private capital raising and forward flow funding.
• Experience contributing to client coverage, business development and marketing activities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities, plus mentoring juniors.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, results-driven work ethic.
