Qualifications

• Requires three (3) years of experience with deal structuring and closing principles; financial modeling; evaluating strategic opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financing transactions; applying general accounting and finance principles; researching and analyzing market events using quantitative and analytical methodologies; preparing buy-side and sell-side due diligence reports; sourcing and consolidating client data; creating financial data packs summarizing key performance trends for due diligence; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL Global Banking, and S&P Global; transaction and market research resources including The Deal, Mergermarket, and Debtwire; industry publications including the Wall Street Journal.

Responsibilities
