Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited seeks a Vice President in Principal Finance Operations to manage end-to-end operational delivery for private credit, private equity and real estate investments. You will partner with deal teams, data systems and external providers to drive efficient execution and ongoing administration.

You will own loan data, oversee approval workflows, and lead staff engagement while collaborating across finance, legal, IT and risk teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services middle office or operations with loan management systems.
• Experience reviewing credit agreements and financial concepts.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel/presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or accounting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end transaction management for a portfolio of investments.
• Operational analysis of proposed transactions and coordination of approvals.
• Approve and administer loan-related work across systems.
• Own data in loan management systems and staff engagement.
• Lead day-to-day management and team development.
