Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Vice President to lead the Florida market with full P&L ownership of a $40–60M portfolio, focusing on South and Central Florida. You will drive growth, manage strategic accounts, and coordinate delivery, sales, and industry units to build EPAM's regional presence.

The role requires senior leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to shape opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Experience leading a services business with full P&L ownership
Proven track record in software engineering, digital services, or management consulting
Experience selling and delivering complex technology-enabled services
Strong cross-functional leadership with distributed teams

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end P&L for the Florida market with $40–60M portfolio
Define and execute market growth strategy across mid-market and enterprise
Grow 1–2 strategic growth accounts while enabling Account Managers
Coordinate Industry BUs, Consulting, Technology Practices, and Delivery leaders
Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships as trusted advisor
Lead complex pursuits including solution strategy, commercial structuring, and transitions to delivery
Drive pipeline reviews, account planning, forecasting, and risk management
Build leadership bench and foster a high-performance culture
Develop EPAM’s local ecosystem through universities and industry groups
Represent EPAM in client engagements and partnerships
