Job summary

EPAM Systems in Florida seeks a Vice President, Florida Market to lead and grow EPAM’s business across the state. You will own end-to-end P&L for a $40–60M portfolio and drive market growth while building strong client relationships and a high-performing local team.

The role requires you to orchestrate cross-functional leaders, shape growth accounts, and establish EPAM as a leading regional player in Florida, including partnerships with universities and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a services business with full P&L ownership and a large book of business.
• History driving growth in software engineering, digital services, or management consulting.
• Experience selling and delivering complex technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Florida market, including revenue growth and margins.
• Define and execute a market-level growth strategy across mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Personally own and grow 1–2 strategic growth accounts while enabling Account Managers.
• Coordinate Industry BUs, Consulting, Technology Practices, and Delivery leaders to pursue opportunities.
• Build local ecosystem, partnerships, and university engagement to strengthen EPAM’s regional presence.
• Represent EPAM in market engagements and industry forums.
