Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Solutions Consulting for the Data & Analytics team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will act as the primary client contact for service delivery, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive continuous improvement across processes to enhance client satisfaction.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure escalations are resolved promptly while translating technical issues into business terms for clients.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in service delivery or project management.
• Experience in technology or managed services environments.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients.
• Proven track record in managing escalations and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with project needs and operational requirements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams to solve unique and complex problems.
