Job summary

BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Vice President, Solutions Consulting to lead client delivery within the Data & Analytics team. You will act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with project needs and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6-10 years experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in service delivery management, client relationship management, customer success, or project management within a technology or managed services environment.
• Understanding of Data & Analytics operational models, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
