AgCountry Farm Credit Services seeks a VP Solutions Engineering to lead architecture, data design, and integration teams driving scalable, secure software delivery. You will partner with product and development teams to establish reusable patterns and ensure architecture adherence across the portfolio.

Reporting to the SVP Application Development, you will champion modern engineering practices, automate quality programs, and promote AI-assisted development while guiding teams through complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, integration engineering, data engineering, or related disciplines, including demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, data design, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with application development teams to support solution design, planning, and delivery.
• Establish reusable solution patterns, integration approaches, and engineering practices that improve delivery speed and quality.
• Promote scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-integrated technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align delivery practices with architecture standards and principles.
• Guide technical trade-off decisions and help teams balance business needs, risk, complexity, and investment.
• Support modernization efforts through incremental improvements and practical application of modern engineering practices.
