Job summary

You will guide AI adoption, deliver scalable financial tech solutions, and ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead cross-functional teams, oversee product strategy, and advance modern architectures using AWS, Node.js, React.js, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in executive capacity.
• Proven track record leading large-scale tech initiatives in financial services.
• Strong expertise in Agile/SAFe, DevOps, and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Manage cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive product roadmap definition, prioritization, and tracking with business stakeholders.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Lead AI adoption strategy and incorporate AI/ML for predictive analytics.
