Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with prior leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise/solution architecture or technical design teams.
• Knowledge of modern applications, data, cloud, integration and infrastructure tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance for tech initiatives.
• Promote architectural consistency across technology teams.
• Drive modernization while balancing business needs, risk, and cost.
• Provide guidance to application, data, infrastructure, security, and AI teams.
• Promote secure, scalable, reusable tech solutions enterprise-wide.
• Maintain visibility into the tech landscape and reduce complexity.
• Partner with technology leaders to align with standards and sustainability.
• Evaluate risks and recommend architectural improvements.
• Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
