Job summary

Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. seeks an accomplished technology leader to oversee Enterprise Development, Product Development, and Development Operations, with a focus on AI adoption and innovation to support the Farm Credit System.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will guide cross-functional teams, drive scalable architectures using AWS, Node.js, React, Kubernetes and Docker, and promote Agile/SAFe practices while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Typically, 15+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in executive capacity.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technology initiatives in financial services.
• Strong expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies, DevOps, and cloud computing.
• Experience with product management and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy in alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Manage cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead product development, aligning business needs with technical capabilities and customer requirements.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks and cloud technologies including AWS, Node.js, React.js, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Lead AI adoption strategy and evaluation of emerging technologies.
• Guide PoCs, translate customer requirements into actionable development plans, and support pre-sales activities.
