AgCountry Farm Credit Services seeks a VP of Product to lead the product function, enabling Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver business value aligned with Association priorities. This leader will coach teams, set ownership, and align product discovery, delivery, and value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience, including leadership in product strategy, portfolio prioritization, and delivery in complex business or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product function across Product Managers and Product Owners and establish clear role ownership.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into product direction and value-based sequencing.
• Own the product operating rhythm for intake, triage, prioritization, backlog placement, and cross-unit visibility.
• Develop and coach team members, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery of business value.
