Societe Generale Americas seeks a seasoned Technology Investment Banking professional to lead origination and execution in the software sector, including equity origination, M&A and leveraged finance. The role involves coordinating with ECM, DCM and cross-border teams in Europe and Asia to deliver client solutions.

You will develop client pitches, perform detailed financial modeling, KPI analyses and participate in transaction execution, while building relationships across U.S., Europe and Asia.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ECM and M&A preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and KPI analysis.
