You will establish strong relationships with senior executives, founders, and financial sponsors, while coordinating cross-border opportunities and representing clients at industry events to expand

Qualifications

• 8+ years investment banking experience in US tech M&A and advisory.
• Proven ability to originate and lead complex deals across enterprise software and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure investment banking opportunities within the U.S. enterprise technology sector, covering M&A, PE advisory, and capital markets mandates.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, founders, private equity and VC investors, family offices, and strategic acquirers across North America.
• Lead cross-border opportunities in the technology ecosystem, including outbound acquisitions and partnerships.
