Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience.

• Experience in FinTech/ Digital Assets is a plus.

• Collaborate with ECM, DCM, M&A and Transaction Banking on FinTech sector deals.
• Monitor market developments and investor sentiment for FinTech players.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and pitches.
• Build and maintain financial models and KPI analyses for financing and M&A.
• Support transaction execution and cross-border coordination.
