Job summary

Societe Generale Americas Technology Investment Banking seeks a professional to focus on the software sector, handling equity origination, M&A, and debt origination. You will team with ECM, DCM and M&A to organize content, create pitches, and support transaction execution across Americas and cross-border groups in Europe and Asia.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong modeling, and proficiency with Bloomberg, CapIQ, and Factset. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance and/or accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize content with ECM, DCM & M&A for the Software sector.
• Monitor market developments and investor sentiment in software.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and pitches.
• Model corporate financing alternatives and perform due diligence.
• Develop pitches and participate in execution of transactions.
• Collaborate with teams in Europe and Asia.
