Job summary

Macquarie Capital is seeking a Vice President to provide advisory services for software and services companies, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and capital raises. You will conduct detailed financial analysis, build valuation models, and prepare client-facing materials for corporate executives and private equity professionals.

You will work with senior team members to generate and execute transactions, lead due diligence, and deliver high-quality pitches and information memoranda

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 3 years of investment banking experience focused on software/services.
• Detailed commercial and financial analysis and valuation modeling experience.
• Experience managing live transaction execution.
• Experience preparing client-facing presentations and reports for corporate executives and private equity professionals.
• Experience preparing sell-side marketing materials for M&A deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial and financial analysis and modelling for software and services clients.
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients and assist with due diligence processes.
• Design and lead production of presentations and information memoranda for internal and external audiences.
• Liaise with clients and third-party advisors during transactions.
• Support senior team to generate and execute transactions.
