Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. seeks an AVP Tech, DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership for the Enterprise DevSecOps Engineering team. You will define roadmaps, implement scalable CI/CD solutions, and promote security and operational excellence across cloud environments.

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Platform, and Quality teams to deliver scalable tech solutions and prioritized roadmaps that drive developer productivity and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SDLC experience across multiple tech disciplines, with 5+ years designing and supporting enterprise CI/CD solutions.
• 5+ years automating, deploying, and managing cloud-based apps/infrastructure in AWS.
• 2+ years with container orchestration like EKS or OpenShift.
• 1+ year implementing feature flags and Blue-Green deployments in enterprise environments.
• Experience across CI/CD, Config Management, IaC, Kubernetes, GitOps, Canary deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering initiatives to improve developer experience and accelerate software delivery.
• Drive operational excellence for 24x7x365 enterprise operations.
• Develop enterprise CI/CD strategies and objectives from stakeholder requirements.
• Establish standards aligning engineering outcomes with business priorities.
• Scale DevOps practices across product engineering teams and roadmaps.
