• 15+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership.
• Experience leading large modernization and enterprise delivery programs.
• Cloud, distributed systems, API/microservices, DevSecOps expertise.
• Ability to communicate strategy and delivery to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year tech roadmaps for Corporate Actions, Class Actions, Securities Lending.
• Lead modernization to cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architectures.
• Establish standards for scalability, security, observability, resilience.
• Drive adoption of .NET, Angular, AWS, Kafka, microservices, data platforms.
• Champion AI-assisted development across the lifecycle and production support.
• Lead enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Partner with leaders to align tech investments with business goals.
• Oversee evaluations, PoCs, vendor assessments, and modernization projects.
• Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, quality and reliability engineering practices.
• Monitor engineering performance with key metrics and governance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and organizational growth across teams.
• Foster innovation, accountability, collaboration, and client-focused delivery.
