Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of software engineering or enterprise technology delivery experience.
10+ years leading engineering teams or large-scale technology initiatives.
10+ years in financial services or regulated industries.
Experience designing cloud-based, distributed enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple software development teams across various product and technology value streams.
Mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Partner with Product, Business, and Technology leaders to establish priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership for the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.
Drive DevSecOps and modern delivery practices to improve reliability and speed.
