Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a senior technology leader to provide technical and organizational leadership for its advisor digital platform in the United States. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for advisor-facing applications, cloud-based platforms, enterprise integrations, and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, or enterprise technology delivery.
• 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technology organizations, or large-scale technology initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience within financial services, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another regulated industry.
