Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineering leader to shape the cloud banking platform, overseeing Customer Management and the credit card lifecycle. You will guide 100+ engineers across directors, mentor talent, and drive multi-year modernization across legacy systems, while enabling non-technical teams to design and run marketing experiments.

Ideal candidates have extensive software, API, and distributed systems experience, with a proven track record in SRE, reliability, and high-throughput

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 9+ years of software engineering and solution architecture.
• 9+ years in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• 9+ years with JavaScript, TypeScript and SPA frameworks.
• 10+ years in software engineering, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations (50+ engineers).
• Deep experience with API design, microservices, and high-availability, high-throughput environments.
• Experience founding or leading SRE / production excellence functions.
• 10+ years coding in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, etc.
• 3+ years with cloud technologies.

• Deep experience with API design, microservices architecture, and platform evolution in high-availability, high-throughput environments


• Experience founding or leading SRE / production excellence functions, including SLO management, incident response, and reliability engineering


• 10+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages like Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, etc.


• 3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies.
