Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Client Service to lead a social-first culture for a technology-focused entertainment client. You will engage with senior executives, shape ideas, and assemble a cross-functional team to deliver campaigns that connect data, storytelling, and technology.

You will guide strategy, foster client relationships, and mentor staff while driving growth across paid, owned, and earned media in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in digital marketing and communications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level social clients and develop deep relationships
• Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams
• Liaise with internal teams and external agency partners; communicate deliverables
• Spot opportunities for growth to drive revenue
• Stay current on social technology and influencer integrations
• Mentor junior staff and support senior staff
• Understand components of large integrated marketing campaigns and the marketing mix
