Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to lead the end-to-end product life cycle for a digital-led Property & Casualty Insurance agency business servicing 7M+ small business clients. You will voice the customer, define profitable products, and drive successful launches with scalable, resilient platforms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, measure success, and ensure high-quality client experiences while focusing on value delivery and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Insurance experience strongly preferred, especially working with insurance agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Drive platform integration leveraging APIs, microservices, data platforms, and partner capabilities (e.g., carrier integrations)
