Job summary

Leidos seeks a Sector Security Director in Reston, VA to lead the Intelligence Sector's enterprise security organization, aligning security with growth objectives and customer requirements. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the Intelligence Community and DoD, and expertise in regulatory compliance across programs.

The incumbent will direct security staff, manage budgets, and serve as a strategic advisor to executives on personnel clearances and facility security,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community directives (ICDs).
• Proven leadership in enterprise security and risk management across large programs.

Responsibilities

• Understand the vision and direction of the Intelligence Sector President and execute plans.
• Lead and develop security staff; align security with Leidos enterprise security.
• Develop innovative approaches to regulatory and contractual compliance; manage threats and vulnerabilities.
• Direct analysis of security incidents; prepare findings and remediation plans.
• Manage budgets and strategic plans for the security department and sector.
• Communicate with senior leadership and coordinate with internal security teams.
