Job summary

Leidos in Columbia, MD seeks a Vice President / Division Manager to lead the SIGINT Solutions Division within the Cyber & Analytics Business Area in the Intelligence Sector. You will drive strategy, growth, program execution, and workforce development for a 300+ person organization delivering mission-critical engineering, software, cyber, and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community/DoD with deep customer mission understanding.
• Experience leading large, complex engineering, software, cyber or technology organizations.
• Proven success in growth strategies and managing customer relationships, workforce and finances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division’s strategic, operational, financial, technical, and program performance for exceptional execution.
• Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy with BD and Capture teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive execution across a complex portfolio with product backlogs, roadmaps, contracts, and finances.
• Build a high-performing workforce and leadership team for employee development and growth.
• Champion innovation and technology insertion to advance customer missions and differentiate solutions.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and engagement.
