Entergy seeks a Vice President, Shared Services to lead an 800+ person enterprise service organization. You will drive standardized, scalable services across Real Estate & Facilities, Aviation, Finance Operations, Compliance, Reporting, and enterprise programs, while modernizing processes and enabling data-driven decisions.

Candidates should have a strong background in transformation, financial acumen, and the ability to cultivate a resilient, high-performance workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead enterprise transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong process, implementation, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Innovation: Set vision for Shared Services and pursue digital enablement and continuous improvement.
• Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality, cost-effective services aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Governance & Controls: Establish policies, oversee risk management and internal controls.
• Financial Stewardship: Provide budget oversight, forecasting, and cost-to-serve reporting.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Build relationships with business leaders and foster collaboration.
• Leadership & Talent: Develop talent, succession planning, and high-performance culture.
• Executive Communication: Convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
