Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in maintenance/engineering/service multifamily property management.
• 10+ years supervisory experience overseeing large maintenance teams.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; Construction or Engineering preferred.
• Experience with central plants, VRF systems, and other complex mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, bidding, negotiating, and managing centralized contracts for maintenance and projects.
• Oversee regional maintenance managers and on-site teams to ensure performance.
• Develop training programs, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NSPIRE and AHJ inspections across properties.
• Guide capital project execution and budget tracking for multi-year plans.
