Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Regional Manager for its Denver-area apartment portfolio, reporting to the VP of Operations. The role emphasizes revenue optimization, NOI preservation, policy enforcement, and developing a high-performing team while creating a positive work environment.

Compensation is $125,160 annually with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or CPM required with 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial performance by creating and achieving annual operating budgets and analyzing monthly Profit and Loss Statements.
• Provide budget guidelines to establish income and expense benchmarks and staffing levels.
• Monitor revenue plans, delinquencies, deposits, and payables for the best interest of the company.
• Oversee turnover procedures for damage assessment and turnover costs.
• Approve property invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Coach Community Managers on rent collection and training as needed.
• Prepare reports, budgets and analyses for owners.
• Ensure compliance with property management processes and government requirements.
• Support PMs with MRI, Boston Post or Yardi questions and provide guidance.
• Lead and mentor property staff to maintain high performance.
