Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience delivering production tokenization systems in a regulated enterprise.
• Expertise in EVM and Canton/Daml smart-contract engineering and security.
• Strong knowledge of cross-chain messaging, bridges, and interoperability patterns.
• Deep domain experience in securitized products, equities, or collateral workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement production-grade smart contracts and tokenization services across Canton/Daml and EVM environments.
• Deliver multi-chain tokenization workflows for securities, funds, collateral mobility, and digital cash use cases.
• Design secure cross-network transactions, atomic settlements, and asset-locking mechanisms.
• Model end-to-end asset lifecycles including issuance, distribution, settlement, and reporting.
• Develop privacy-aware distributed-ledger solutions with identity, wallet integration, and key management.
• Establish engineering standards for multi-chain design, testing, and secure delivery.
• Evaluate blockchain protocols, interoperability frameworks, and cryptographic techniques for institutional use.
