Job summary

Charter School Growth Fund is seeking a high-capacity, entrepreneurial Vice President to join the Seed Team and advance investment strategy for early-stage charter networks. You will lead rigorous diligence, portfolio strategy, and cross-team initiatives to drive growth, replication, and sustainable multi-school impact, while partnering with portfolio leaders and funders.

Ideal candidates have senior K-12 leadership, ten or more years of experience, and a track record of growing multi-school

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in K-12 charter schools and growth of multi-school networks preferred.
• Investment or diligence experience or ability to conduct rigorous organizational analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to rigorous diligence across founder, first-school, replication, and early-growth investments and develop investment recommendations.
• Shape and evolve Seed’s portfolio strategy across stages of organizational development.
• Translate strategy into clear frameworks and operating mechanisms for sourcing, investment, and portfolio management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent CSGF externally with portfolio leaders and funders.
