• 10+ years of leadership experience in fundraising or philanthropy.
• Experience cultivating major donors and institutional funders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for proposals and donor materials.
• Willingness to travel for donor meetings and fundraising events.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and day-to-day operations in partnership with the President & CEO.
• Develop and manage major donor and foundation fundraising efforts.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and donor communications.
• Strengthen fundraising systems and operating rhythms across teams.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and ensure disciplined execution.
• Cultivate and steward high-value donor relationships and pipelines.
